For accommodations for the 2023-2024 academic year, please know that initial review has ended for students back in January 2023. Forms can still be reviewed, however there will be a delayed review time due to the timing of the forms. The priority accommodation process for current Westminster Students for the 2024-2025 academic year is as follows:
- Turn in both forms before Friday, February 2, 2024 at 4:30PM to Faith Craig in the Office of Disability Resources. They are attached in the Related Documents section:
- Student Form
- Physician Form
Forms submitted prior to Friday, February 2, 2024 at 4:30PM will be reviewed by the first week of February. Forms received later than this date will be reviewed after June 15, 2024 for our returning students, this will be after our incoming student placements are completed. Exceptions to this will be made on a case by case basis through the Housing Accommodations Committee. At that time, the available housing options will be significantly decreased so students are highly encouraged to submit material by the stated due date.
We ask that incoming students submit forms as soon as possible after their initial deposit, however we acknowledge that it may take students time to navigate Westminster College and the process. To ensure the best accommodations on campus as possible we please ask that you complete this process prior to the start of August as after that date there will be an expected delay in the decision process.
