Accessing your E-Bill

Your statements will be available only through the CASHNet website. 

To view your statements follow these instructions.

Students:

Go to https://my.westminster.edu/ics.
Log in using your Network log-in name and password.
Go to the Finances tab.
Click on "Go to CASHNet" tab.

*If you want someone else to view your bill you must complete the following steps on the CASHNet website.

On the home page (bottom of the page) there is an option "Parent Pins".
Select "add new"
You will enter a Login name (you need to create this name)
You will enter an e-mail address
The next two questions select Yes (they should already be selected)
Select "OK" and you're done
The person you setup will receive an e-mail from CASHNet with their Login name and a temporary password. Once they login, they will need to change the password.

   
   

Parents:

ONCE YOUR STUDENT HAS SET UP AN ACCOUNT FOR YOU:
Go to https://commerce.cashnet.com/cashneta/selfserve/ebilllogin.aspx?client=WESTMINPA_PROD&


Enter Login name that your student has set up for you and the temporary password received in the e-mail from CASHNet.  You will be prompted to change this password once logged in.


You will receive an e-mail every time an updated statement is ready to view if you have a balance due or a credit balance.  If your balance is zero, you will NOT receive an e-mail notification.  If someone else is signed up, they will also receive an e-mail.

***If you choose not to set someone else (parent, grandparent, etc) up on CASHNet, and they pay all or a part of your bill, it is your responsibility to print a copy of the bill and make sure they see it.

Students are entitled to a paper copy of their bill upon request. To request a paper copy you must submit a request each time you want a copy. Please submit requests to businessoff@westminster.edu or call 724-946-7140.

 
 

Accepted forms of payment:

Direct Payments may be made to your account by cash, check or money order payable to ‘Westminster College’. If paying by check, please include your student ID number in the memo line. Mail payment to Westminster College, Business Office, 319 South Market Street, New Wilmington, PA 16172.

Online Payments may be made through CASHNet by ACH or by credit card (CASHNet currently accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express and charges a 2.75% convenience fee on credit card payments).

Interest Free Payment Plan – The Higher One Tuition Payment Plan is the College’s only authorized payment plan company. The TuitionPay plan is the interest-free way to spread tuition payments over a number of months. There is a non-refundable application fee to enroll in the plan. The plan allows you to break down your education expenses into easy-to-manage installments, rather than one lump-sum payment.

If you have already enrolled in the TuitionPay plan, we have reflected the payment plan as a reduction from your bill on the assumption that you will meet your commitments to TuitionPay. Any changes to your payment plan arrangements, such as additions or deletions, will be reflected on your next billing statement.
