Applications are now being accepted for Orientation Leaders and Peer Success Coaches to work with our Fall 2025 New Student Orientation Program and Westminster 101. These positions are integral to the success of both programs and provide a valuable leadership experience that will develop transferable experiences for your future careers. Orientation Leaders and Peer Success Coaches help alleviate the anxiety of new students and families as they transition to Westminster College, connect them to valuable resources to be successful, and create a welcoming, inclusive environment that values the individual identities and experiences of our students and their families.

Applications are due Friday, February 28 by 4:30 p.m. Interviews will be Monday, March 3-Thursday, March 6. Final decisions will be emailed on Monday, March 17.
