This form may be completed whenever any victim of a crime wishes to report the occurrence without revealing their identity. A victim may be a student, an employee of the College or even a visitor to our campus. It is important that all crimes be reported even if a victim does not want to reveal his/her identity so that the College can obtain current information regarding criminal activity. In this way we can take additional steps to prevent future crime and keep the public and campus community accurately informed of crime rates. We also strongly encourage victims to seek counseling.
