Welcome to the Academic Success Center!

The Academic Success Center, located on the fourth floor of Thompson Clark Hall, is committed to helping all Westminster students realize their academic potential. Our center provides individual and group tutoring, writing support, guidance for exploratory majors and general academic advising.

Our Peer Tutor program offers peer academic support in a variety of settings. Students can drop in to the center for peer tutoring Sunday through Thursday evenings from 7 to 9 p.m. Tutors are also available for drop-in support at lunch, Mondays and Wednesdays from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:30-1:30 p.m.

You can also make one-on-one appointments with Peer Tutors with expertise in a specific subject at your convenience using the "Book an Appointment" tab on the left menu or on the D2L menu bar.

Our Peer Success Coaches work with Westminster 101 instructors during the fall semester to support first year students with adjusting to college life, both in and out of the classroom. In one-on-one meetings, PSCs offer academic strategies, time management and organizational tips and ways to connect to campus life, and they make referrals to services available on campus.
