To better serve the Westminster College campus community and to streamline package delivery provided by companies, (i.e. United Parcel Service, Federal Express, Roadway, etc.) the Westminster College Physical Plant Department does not receive and distribute packages to campus departments. Package delivery service companies deliver directly to the requesting department or person.

If assistance is required, the department or person requiring assistance is responsible for submitting a work order with a minimum of 48 hours written notification of shipment, complete with final campus destination. This procedure allows the Physical Plant staff adequate preparation time to receive and assist in delivery to the respective department. Please e-mail all work order requests to https://support.westminster.edu 

Physical Plant personnel will be available to receive packages/shipments from 7:00 a.m. - noon and from 1:00 to 2:15 p.m. Monday through Friday only. Delivery will not be accepted for packages that are not specifically addressed to an individual college employee or department.

In the event that the delivery service cannot deliver the package due to the unavailability of the receiving party, the driver will seek to find someone from the department to sign for the package. Anyone signing for someone else's package will become responsible for delivery to its intended addressee.
