The Westminster College Physical Plant Department staff provides repair services for the buildings, grounds and equipment owned by the college.
Faculty and Staff may submit all routine work order requests to the Westminster College Physical Plant work order site at https://support.westminster.edu
Students must complete a routine Maintenance Request form located in the lobby of each residence hall. Once completed, the student should forward the written request to the Residence Director of the building.
Include in your request the following information:
- Name of contact person
- Telephone extension
- Account number for work order charges
- Location to include: department, room number and building
- Type of repair requested
Emergency work orders are those conditions that pose a life threatening or building threatening situation.
Emergency requests will be received at 724-946-6335, if there is no answer, please call the Westminster College Security Department at
724-946-7777 and report the emergency work order. All emergency work orders will be responded to within 24 hours.
Routine work orders will be responded to as soon as possible but no later than seven to ten days when possible.
