Committees, Councils and Boards must post minutes/reports to the designated drive on the campus network V\ACAD\All_ACAD\Faculty Governance\'19-'20 Commit, Council, Board Reports and Minutes. This is to be done at least three (3) days prior to the meeting to allow sufficient time for faculty to read in advance of the meeting date. Minutes/reports are also to be sent to faculty as an email attachment.
