Now that you have officially committed to Westminster College, we know you are eager to complete the next steps. Your first step is to complete the New Student Information form.

This form requires a network account which is created immediately following the receipt of your deposit.  You will receive an email from our LIS department with your network username and an introduction to our network resources. Your password will not be contained in the email as part of our security practices. The initial password is your student ID # plus a combination of letters and characters. Your student ID may also be found on your deposit receipt (arriving via U.S. mail). Once you receive both your username and password, feel free to get online and get started!

BUILDING YOUR CLASS SCHEDULE: The Registrar’s Office will use the information you provide on the New Student Information form to assist you and the faculty during academic advising on your New Titan Day.  It is critical that you complete this form prior to attending a New Titan Day. You will create your own schedule while on campus.  

Student who are unable to attend a New Titan Day should register anyway and select "unable to attend any of these dates." As soon as we receive your registration, faculty will be in touch to work with you to build your schedule from home.  

TITAN CARD: Your student ID is an important piece of information.  Your photo will be taken at your New Titan Day OR on your move in day.  Please bring a driver's license, state issued ID, birth certificate, or passport (something showing your name and date of birth).

There are two required health forms and they must be mailed to campus by July 15th. They are located in the health center section of this page.

SUMMER ASSIGNMENTS: There are two summer assignments for you to complete.  The first is the common reading.  Books will be distributed during New Titan Days and will be mailed to the homes of students who are unable to attend.  Please be sure to look at the reader’s guide and complete and print the essay before coming to campus.

The second assignment is an online course on alcohol and sexual violence education.  We are required by law to provide this education, but we also believe it is very important.  Failure to complete this assignment will impact your Wellness class assignments and will have you placed on a registration hold for Spring semester.  Access to the course will be emailed to you on July 15.

ORIENTATION (FRESH START) DATES FOR FIRST YEAR STUDENTS: Move in for new students is Friday, August 26 beginning at 8 a.m.  Fresh Start runs August 26-28 and is a three-day program required of all first-year students.  Parent and family programming will conclude on Friday following lunch.

ORIENTATION FOR TRANSFER STUDENTS: Transfer student move in is Sunday, August 28 from 9 a.m. to noon.  A brief orientation schedule follows and concludes Sunday afternoon.  Transfer students wishing to attend a full orientation program may do so by contacting Gina Vance, Associate Dean of Student Affairs at (724) 946-7110. 

Roommate preference information is included in the New Student Information form. It’s important for you to start considering a few things about what you want us to know about you as we make your roommate pairings. You will be able to let us know if you have a friend also coming to Westminster that you would like to live with, or if you would like to be paired with another incoming teammate. You can also opt to be paired with another incoming Westminster student, and we will work to find a match for you based on preference forms you both fill out. 

Housing assignments will be emailed to all new students by July 20 via your Westminster email account.

There are two medical forms linked below that are required by the Student Health Center prior to entering Westminster College.  These forms are due by July 15th and can be mailed to the following address:

NOTE: Student athletes are required to have a pre-participation physical which will be coordinated by the Athletic Department, but must still complete and return these health forms to the Student Health Center.
