For any Westminster College staff and students planning to reserve laptops via the LIS Equipment Loan pool in User Services:

If your equipment reservation includes a laptop, you are now required to pick up and drop off the laptop to our pickup and drop-off location in McKelvey 181.

This change is a result of theft concerns based on leaving laptops set up in unattended locations. 

LIS User Services will ensure that your circulating laptop is ready to go, but the requester will be responsible for pickup, setup and return.

If you are unsure how to set up the laptop in the event venue you are planning to use, please contact the LIS Help Desk to set up a training time.  You can also utilize the "training" check box on the equipment request form.
