  • ITS Intent to Hire Hardware Request Form
    To be filled out by Supervisor after leadership has approved the position or when job is posted on the website. Please fill out all required fields. Failure to submit this form to ITS will result in a delay in access to a college owned device.

  • ITS Resources for New Hires
    This form should be completed by the Supervisor after a new employee has submitted background clearances and has been issued an official offer of employment from Westminster College. Failure to submit this form to ITS will result in a delay in account creation and access to Westminster resources.


New Hire Resources

  • New Employee Hire Form
    This form should be completed by the new Employee after they have submitted their background clearances and they have accepted the official offer of employment from Westminster College. Failure to submit this form in a timely manner will result in delays to account creation and access to Westminster resources.
