Galbreath Dining Hall is Westminster's all-you-care-to-eat, it is located between Browne and Galbreath residence halls, we offer a wide variety of entrees, side dishes, gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options for lunch and dinner weekdays, also at brunch and dinner on the weekends.  The best thing at Galbreath dining is the wide selection of meals, soup, desserts, salad bar, hand-dipped ice cream flavors, Pepsi soft drinks and hot beverages.  Galbreath dining is a great place to meet up with your friends after class or practices for a meal or choose the take out option.

SIMPLE SERVINGS

Simple Servings is a dedication station within resident dining venue that offers fresh, favorable meals prepared without the most common allergens, which account 90% of all food allergy reactions.  Dishes at Simple Servings are prepared without milk, eggs, wheat, sesame, soy, shellfish, peanuts and tree nuts.  The program also omits gluten, which students may need to avoid due to Celiac disease or gluten intolerance.

Simple Servings include a carving station which includes roast pork loin, herb turkey breast, glazed ham at dinner also with your favorites side dishes such as baked sweet potatoes, steamed fresh broccoli, gluten free fusilli pasta, roasted potatoes and other sides.  Simple Servings is available all week during lunch and dinner.

Freshly baked gluten free desserts are available at the Gluten Free Corner.  We offer plenty of gluten free breads, muffins, bagels, waffles with your own gluten free toaster.  Please ask for assistance if you are unable to locate all the gluten free breads.

CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST 

Top off the morning with a hot cup of your favorite Starbucks coffee from our self-serve machine as you enjoy your continental breakfast at Galbreath Dining Hall.  The perfect way for everyone to start their day is with a hot breakfast sandwich or an omelet freshly made by you at the omelet bar station.  Also available are a wide selection of cereals, Danish pastries, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, hot cocoa, milk and juices.  Are you hungry for Belgian Waffles?   Open Monday through Friday from 7:15 a.m. to 8:45 a.m.

ACTION STATION

This exhibition cooking station is where our chefs prepare made to order meals right in front of you.  We offer a rotating menu with tasty entrees like international cuisine favorites from the Orient, Italy and Greece just to name a few.  Open all week at brunch, lunch and dinner. The action station is the favorite spot to grab your made to order omelet during brunch on the weekends. 

THE TITAN GRILLE AT GALBREATH

The Titan Grille at Galbreath is now offering a choice of two different sandwiches daily including Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Cheeseburger, Fried Chicken Sandwich, Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla, Meatball Hoagie, All Beef Hot Dog, Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Tomato Soup   The French Fries selection also varies from waffle, tater tots, and curly fries daily.  The Titan Grille is open Monday through Friday during lunch and dinner.

THE GLUTEN & DAIRY FREE CORNER

The Gluten & Dairy Free Corner consist of a mini self serve fridge with packaged muffins, bagels, breads, donuts and snack desserts. You will also find freshly baked gluten free desserts and a gluten free toaster.    

THE PIZZERIA 

We'll put our pizza up against any in the area.  Whether you're the traditionalist and prefer cheese and pepperoni, or you're looking for the excitement of Buffalo Chicken, Cheeseburger, S'mores, Greek, Smokehouse BBQ Chicken, Meat Lovers or Mac & Cheese Pizza, you'll find it here. Available Monday through Friday at lunch and all week at dinner.

SOUP, SALAD & SANDWICH BAR

Looking for something on the lighter side?  A combination of hot soup, a simple deli sandwich and a fresh green salad will satisfy anyone.  Our Soup of the Day may include:  Loaded Potato, American Bounty Vegetable, Cream of Broccoli, French Onion, Tomato, Wedding, Corn Chowder, Stuffed Pepper and Chicken Noodle soup. The Salad Bar is jammed packed with fresh veggies, three types of greens and loaded with toppings.  Simple deli sandwiches with your choice of baked ham, salami, cheese and your choice of bread including gluten free.  Salad and Sandwich bar are available during lunch, brunch and dinner. Hot soup available weekdays during lunch and dinner.

MEAL SWIPE EXPRESS

Meal Swipe Express is your option for a meal on the go by using your Galbreath Swipe.  Meal Swipe Express is open Monday through Friday from 11:30 am to 1:15 pm at McKelvey Campus Center on the 1st floor.  We only accept SWIPES at this location.
