If you are feeling the stress and strains of college life and need some time alone and “away from it all”, the Serenity Now Relaxation Room may be just what you need! This room is located in the Wellness Center. It is completely private and replete with:
comfortable furniture including a heated massage chair
adult coloring books and pencils
free coffee or tea
a blue tooth speaker
lists of relaxing music and apps to use
yoga mats
meditation cushions
internet TV
a soothing water fountain
The Serenity Now Room is open from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Appointments are optional and may be made by calling x7927.
Groups are welcome.
