* This form will be requested three times each academic year - the first week of each semester for current year rosters and in March for the next academic year (for housing planning purposes).
Additionally, at the end of each semester, each chapter will receive a copy of the roster on file in Student Affairs and will be asked to submit discrepancies in preparation for grade reports. Once grade reports are run, changes cannot be made to account for inaccurate rosters.
