The call center is managed by Information Systems. The information collected on these pages will answer some of the more frequent problems that occur on our network. Some of the information will pertain to faculty and staff only. If you are unable to correct your problem you should contact the call center directly.

Calling the Call Center

Before you contact the call center you will need to have the following information:
  • The type of PC or device you are using
  • The operating system ( Windows XP, Windows 7, Mac OS X, etc.)
  • The make and model number of printer
  • Your Username and ID number
  • You should never give your password to anyone,including the call center!
  • Please give as much information as possible to ensure the efficiency of your fix.

Registering a Gaming Device on the Network

Devices that can be registered on the Westminster College Network:

XBox (older generation)


XBox One

Playstation (all generations)


Television/Smart TV


Please make sure to bring the device, power cord, controller, and any other cords/equipment needed to fully use the device to the Call Center.

We do not connect hand-held gaming devices to the network at this time.

  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Saturday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
  • Sunday: 1:00 PM - midnight
